Analysis:
This week's write-up focuses on a crucial NFC West game taking place this afternoon, as one team has yet to emerge as the standout in the division.
Seattle did not look great last week against the Bills. The LA Rams are riding the momentum of a two game winning streak. Including a good outing against a respectable Minnesota Vikings team last weekend.
The return of Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua is a cause of concern for this Seattle defense who have quietly allowed over 29 points in three of the last four games. One of those teams being the NY Giants who had their highest scoring game of the year. That's not a good look for this defense.
Over the past eight games when his top two wide receivers have been available, Matt Stafford has been averaging 305 passing yards. Their individual performances this week may not be essential, as their mere presence on the field creates opportunities for other aspects of the offense to shine.
The Seahawks have allowed an average of 264 passing yards over the last 5 games and I don't expect them to be able to figure it out this week. Additionally, they are facing significant challenges with their offensive line, whereas the Rams have maintained a top-ten ranking in red zone defense in their last three games against the Minnesota Vikings, LV Raiders, and Green Bay Packers.
